As a thorough professional Dr. Bhagavan cares for her patients and their general physical, emotional and mental health pre and post-delivery. She has always pushed for natural birth and a healthy lifestyle, in an industry that rushes into C-sections.
I live in the U.S. and came here to Dr. Leela Bhagavan in Bangalore, for my first delivery. I am so convinced in her ability to take the right decision at the right time, in staying super calm and being so caring, though she has seen umpteen patients and deliveries. She is passionate about what she does. She has always taken the time to talk and answer any questions or concerns of her patients and their family. When most hospitals make you wait for hours to see the doctor and you rarely have time to ask any questions or talk, Dr. Leela Bhagavan always makes time for you. It is so necessary to have this access to your doctor during all the stages of your pregnancy and delivery.
I still call her if I have any queries about my health, even after 5 years of my son's delivery!

Dr.Leela is one of the finest if not the most wonderful and trusted doctor around. She is selfless and very patient. Her experience in the field of gynecology is unmatched and priceless. There are some unwanted enemies of Dr.Leela who always keep trying to bring her reputation down because she is popular, there are unwanted rumours currently being circulated about her which should not affect her reputation in any way as she has been around for 37 years now and she has nothing to prove to anyone, her experience and reputation shows it all. My wife and I were blessed with a baby girl (normal delivery) all thanks to GOD first and then to Dr.Leela, she was very patient throughout and always was there to help. Unlike other doctors she tries to keep the would be parents as calm as possible throughout the nine months as well as during labour. I just can't thank Dr.Leela enough since both my wife and I are very young parents whom she handled very well. No unnecessary scans, medicines, tensions etc. Best doctor in the world!

Worst experience, knowingly spoiled my wife delivery, had to get the stitches redone again due to her wrong treatment, didn't get proper treatment in Apollo cradle, they did not give antibiotics, made her stand from bed within 12 hours of operation, gave all the wrong food which is not allowed after operation, made her do exercise on the 2nd day of delivery, charged obsene money despite having a cashless treatment, doctor kept on avoiding our call post giving wrong treatment, will strongly oppose everyone would be parent to consult either the doctor or the hospital.

A very gentle and kind Doctor. She is blessed with patience and all the knowledge she needs to have be it me or any other patient . Very accurate on what she says or prescribed. Never asked me to do any unnecessary scans or blood tests. Very minimal medicine very understanding always just a call away. Even now after my delivery I searched for her and went to her . Her million dollars smile will heal you without medication.
