Today, I would like to share my feedback about my second pregnancy journey with Anjani Hospital.

My gynecologist ( Dr. kalyani Reddy) has always been the best, and I have complete trust in her.

However, this journey was quite different from my first one. Bhanu attended to me initially and took such good care of me right from the time I was admitted until my baby was born. She is such a sweet and caring person. I am truly thankful to Bhanu and my doctor for all their support. They are simply awesome!

One thing that made this pregnancy journey different was that I opted for physiotherapy and consulted a therapist before going into labour. She suggested some useful techniques to follow during labour, and I must say they made a huge difference.

I was able to manage my labour pain much better by following those techniques. The breathing exercises, pain management techniques and especially the pushing techniques were extremely helpful.

I would strongly recommend that anyone planning for a normal delivery consider attending physiotherapy or childbirth preparation sessions before labour.

That is where these sessions really help. They prepare you both physically and mentally, give you confidence, and help you understand what to expect during labour.

Overall, I am extremely happy and grateful to Anjani Hospital and my doctor and the physiotherapist ( Pragnya) for making my second pregnancy journey such a memorable experience.
