I started seeing Dr. Kala in 2021 for PRP sessions, I didn't have any prior experience of seeing a doctor in this regard so went along as a friend was getting a treatment done (his first time as well).
Dr. Kala never seemed to remember my name or tried to hear me out, although this is the most I ever spent on my health ever. During one of the PRP sessions she called me "oversensitive" as I complained about excessive pain. I felt humiliated and tried to resort my pain to myself thereafter as I felt judged. Sitting down sessions with the doctor used to be in haste and she would never give a proper feedback on my progress. I would suggest not to visit her.

I don't recommend this doctor I had a very bad experience . they never told me what problem I had . immediately they asked me to take treatment on the same day n they never gave me my prescription.
