Dr. K. Sadashiva Shetty

Dr. Sadashiva Shetty has over 35 years of experience as an Orthodontist & Dental Surgeon, and is currently associated with Manipal Hospital, Bangalore. Dr. Shetty is the Principal, Professor and Head of the Department at Bapuji Dental College, Davangere. He has done his BDS and MDS from Government Dental College, Chennai. He is an expert in dealing with cleft disorders, skeletal malocclusion, and all other types of malocclusion. Dr. Shetty has special interests in Mechanical Biological Treatment (MBT) technique in orthodontics and surgical orthodontics. He is a member of the Indian Orthodontic Society (IOS); American Association of Orthodontists (AAO); Indian Dental Association (IDA); American Association of Functional Orthodontics (AAFO); and World Federation of Orthodontists (WFO). Dr. Shetty has received the Best Doctor Award from the Indian Dental Association, Davangere. He has also presented many papers in national and international conferences.
