Dr. Jyotsna Manjunath

Lately I got the acupuncture treatment for two weeks from Dr. Jyotsna at Nisarga Holistic centre, Bengaluru for stress, anxiety, neck and back pain. I must say that the treatment helped me remarkably as I witnessed that my neck and back pain significantly reduced. Further, I could feel reduced anxiety in my daily life helping me to be calm and confident; the fear of needles used in the acupuncture session vanished after the first few sessions with the care and concern showed by Dr. Jyotsna. Additionally, I really appreciate Dr. Jyotsna’s timely advices during and after each session. No doubt, the counselling session held with Dr. Manjunath was useful and insightful; it prepared me mentally to take the session by clearing all my doubts.

I had Chronic Urticaria ( Chronic Skin rashes/Hives ), It was really pathetic ( unbearable pin pricks/ Sui chhubhane jaisa irritation in entire body with high body temperature) and it can trigger at any time and any where no matter what I am doing ( walking , running , attending office meetings or just sitting in my house ).

I had a lower back injury due to lifting heavy weight at the gym for which I had tried every treatment possible, starting with general doctor, I tried acupressure, physiotherapy, I have even consulted chiropractor(all kinds of fancy offices and treatment centres that claim to almost cure anything) but none were able to resolve or even reduced the pain I had. Nisarga Holistic Health Centre was my last hope, I was little scared about the acupuncture treatment as it uses needles but, doc assured me by explaining everything in details after going through my issue, within the second session I started to see good reduction in my back not even that my upper back knot and anxiety issues have also been healed to a great extent with only about 12 sessions, you just schedule 1 session to see the magic of acupuncture. And to all the youngsters out the who thing of ways to bring a smile on their parents face, please bring your parents here instead of a fancy dinner/lunch at a restaurant a single session will even cost you 1/4th of what you spend an outing. But your parents will never stop thanking you for this treatment.

I now have known Dr Jyotsna and Dr Manjunath for more than 3 years...I am glad that I visited them once and immediately got the confidence that yes things will be set right in terms of my health and chronic illness which I suffer...I have been suffering from auto immune disorder (celiac) and due to this I face a lot of health issues.... However I get treated for my pains and stomach related issues regularly by Dr Jyotsna and has made immense difference in my day to day life.....
