Lately I got the acupuncture treatment for two weeks from Dr. Jyotsna at Nisarga Holistic centre, Bengaluru for stress, anxiety, neck and back pain. I must say that the treatment helped me remarkably as I witnessed that my neck and back pain significantly reduced. Further, I could feel reduced anxiety in my daily life helping me to be calm and confident; the fear of needles used in the acupuncture session vanished after the first few sessions with the care and concern showed by Dr. Jyotsna. Additionally, I really appreciate Dr. Jyotsna’s timely advices during and after each session. No doubt, the counselling session held with Dr. Manjunath was useful and insightful; it prepared me mentally to take the session by clearing all my doubts.

I had Chronic Urticaria ( Chronic Skin rashes/Hives ), It was really pathetic ( unbearable pin pricks/ Sui chhubhane jaisa irritation in entire body with high body temperature) and it can trigger at any time and any where no matter what I am doing ( walking , running , attending office meetings or just sitting in my house ).

I had tried 5 different doctors of famous hospitals in Bangalore and they recommended Avil + Allegra 180 + Montek LC two times a day , I took all these medicines for 1.5 months and with every passing day it became more severe.

After two months a time came when I was completely upset , i was crying every day , my family got tensed .

I stop doing my office even WFH i was unable to do.My social , professional life was completely stucked.

I had a lower back injury due to lifting heavy weight at the gym for which I had tried every treatment possible, starting with general doctor, I tried acupressure, physiotherapy, I have even consulted chiropractor(all kinds of fancy offices and treatment centres that claim to almost cure anything) but none were able to resolve or even reduced the pain I had. Nisarga Holistic Health Centre was my last hope, I was little scared about the acupuncture treatment as it uses needles but, doc assured me by explaining everything in details after going through my issue, within the second session I started to see good reduction in my back not even that my upper back knot and anxiety issues have also been healed to a great extent with only about 12 sessions, you just schedule 1 session to see the magic of acupuncture. I now have known Dr Jyotsna and Dr Manjunath for more than 3 years...I am glad that I visited them once and immediately got the confidence that yes things will be set right in terms of my health and chronic illness which I suffer...I have been suffering from auto immune disorder (celiac) and due to this I face a lot of health issues.... However I get treated for my pains and stomach related issues regularly by Dr Jyotsna and has made immense difference in my day to day life.....

Apart from the treatment both the Doctors guide you thoroughly in terms of diet.. lifestyle changes and make you feel very comfortable in the overall sessions...

For me they are a family now and they have always been there for me or for my family in just a matter of a phone call....At times Dr Jyotsna cares so much that she generally calls up to check on how we are doing and she always goes the extra mile to get you treated....

I am truly thankful to Dr Jyotsna and Dr Manjunath for the way they see and help humans (not as patients but as a human being to help them recover from their illness).

Dr Jyotsna Manjunath and Dr Manjunath both r very kind ,good hearted ,dedicated and most caring Doctors.I really feel happy to see such a great couple.

I met Dr Manjunath sir few years back and took accupunture for my self for hormonal imbalance and for my husband slip disc we both got completely well ...we felt very happy for his excellent treatment from then sir has become part of our family . He is taking care of our family for any kind of health issues and guiding us with proper medications and diet.

Recently one month back all 4 members, myself, husband and my 2 Children's got tested corona positive .I became very panic but Manjunath sir took care for all of us from day one till today and guided us with proper medication , diet . Post stroke Rehabilitation treatment.

My father had undergone physiotherapy rehabilitation treatment after his stroke for his right hand.Initially he was unable to move his hand and he used to refuse to touch the hand due to pain.During first visit only Dr.

gave assurance that his hand will be perfect.

As Dr promised my father recovered in a period of 20 days such a short duration it was very amazing treatment given by Dr.

My husband and I had initially visited the centre for taking vitamin D and B12 injections and then I have been continuously visiting them for acupuncture for knee ankle and heel issues. I visited Nisarga for stones in gall bladder. When all medical doctors suggested to remove gall bladder, Dr manjunath suggested to undergo few treatments with diet plan which has helped me to get one of the gall stones removed in just 2months and much improved liver condition.
