We did not choose Dr. Julie Thomas or Cloudnine Electronic City in the beginning of our pregnancy journey—rather, destiny and our babies chose her.In a critical emergency with our twin pregnancy, when fear and uncertainty surrounded us, Dr. Julie became our guiding light. With compassion and confidence, she walked with us each day, offering not just medical care, but heartfelt concern and reassurance.Though we were told we might not sustain the pregnancy until 30 weeks, under her constant guidance and with the support of the nursing team, we were able to hold on until 33 weeks. This precious time made all the difference—our twins needed only a short stay in the ICU which otherwise could have been much longer.Today, as our babies complete four months, we think of Dr. Julie almost every day with gratitude. Her wisdom, kindness, and dedication will forever remain etched in our hearts.Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Julie Thomas—for being more than a doctor, for being a true guardian of life.

I have consulted and got delivered by her recently. First of all I will definitely mention about her excellent and polite way of treating patients. I'm extremely Satisfied with her consultation and she's such a cool doctor whom I recommend for every pregnant woman to consult.

Her explanations, detailed description of ours and baby condition, suggestions for everything to be more better.

Mainly no prescription of unnecessary scans and medicines

Without her moral support it wouldn't be so easy for me to undergo surgery.

My wife visited this hospital for UTI and was consulted by Dr. Julie Thomas. Given the intensity of the problem, I took her straight to emergency, where she was made to wait for 20 minutes before anyone attended to her. Is that what you call emergency care? The doctor who did attend in emergency 20 minutes late was consulting some other doctor on phone before writing her prescription. Such is the state of their emergency department and doctors.

After she was referred to the Dr. Julie Thomas, my wife complained about pain in stomach, vomiting, and weakness. The doctor ****** ** ******** *** ****** said these things don’t happen in UTI. Like, seriously? Never going to Cloud nine again and never recommending anyone I know either.

She is of my native, so I thought to speak freely with the doctor, so only I selected her, but it was a wrong choice. **** ** ******* **** *** **** ****** *** ******** **** ********* ** ********** * *** ** **** *****

She is very experienced and you can see her expertise when you go in for a consultation. Her experience and confidence speak volumes. A very professional doctor as well. I was very fortunate to have her deliver my child and it is always a pleasure to talk to her.

I have felt safe from the time I have started going to Dr.Julie Thomas. She is very calm patient and answers all questions with understanding and makes the patient feel comfortable.

She does not prescribe unnecessary medicines and scans which I liked very much and takes the patients preference into consideration .

Doctor is very good

Problem is with the admin and receptionist

They are not at all professional while talking

Even after booking via practo for the third slot she gave us 5th slot making us wait

The receptionist must get some training on customer service,behavioral and communication

Doctor take 90 min to check 2 patients. Receptionist was extremely rude. Is that what you call a service. When asked at hospital to give a appointment then reply is we don't have an appointment system. You are expected to wait hours on the mercy of how many are ahead of you.

The worst experience ever.... A doctor is supposed to be calm and polite to her patients... This doctor lacks that, very rude and she doesn't just care about her patient's feelings or emotions... Also even my questions were not answered fully... Feeling very disappointed after this visit... I strongly recommend people not to visit her if they need to be treated well...
