Alert: This is going to be a lengthy post

In Mar 2020(2 days into lockdown) I was 8 weeks pregnant when I spotted blood and consulted my gynae however she advised to wait untill my next scan(which was 15 days later) to see for the underlying issue and put me on Pause-500.

Afraid I called my GP and she gave me Dr. Indrani's no.

I called Dr. Indrani and told her my case...she advised me to undergo scan. It came out I had a missed miscarriage (fetal heart beat had stopped a week back).

I called her again and whatsapp her the report, she consulted on phone for few more blood test to confirm. Upon confirmation she explained the process of cleaning (DnC Vs Pills) and asked me which one I wanted to take. I went for DnC and she asked me to come to Motherhood the next day for the procedure, and all this consultation was done on phone and not charged a single penny. My miscarriage was handled by her and she was a messiah for me then.

In 2021 when v decided to conceive again, I consulted her and she has been a very patient listener, explains everything in detail and answers all the queries (even the silly questions I have asked her) very patiently. Plus point she is always available on phone (nowadays no doctor will give you their number). She was available on phone at midnight when there was a need and I saved a trip to hospital.

I cannot image my pregnancy journey had she not been there being her caring self.

Doctor Indrani excellent doctor at OVUM BIRTHING CENTER. We are very happy with doctor from day 1 and most important that we were confident on Dr.Indrani.Dr.Shanti and Dr.Prabhu were very kind and helpful special thanks to both. All staff's were very kind and good except one or two special thanks to Veena, Acchu kutty and Revathi very good in baby care.sister sally were very good also i am very thankful to sister's for their great service. Also Dr.Anuradha were very kind doctor.Excellent very thankful for all their help.Canteen food not great I really had issues.Housekeeping was excellent very thankful for all their help. Happy with services at Ovum Hospital but unhappy with building infra very conjusted .Dr.Indrani is worth to be referred for anyone in future her work speaks.

We had Good experience at OVUM BIRTHING CENTER with Dr.Indrani is an excellent doctor. She is very caring soft spoken and took care of mother like her daughter. Very good doctor explained in depth about the new born, making us aware of do's and dont's for the new born. Pro's and IP billing very good, prompt service, Good explaining of package, clarity in billing. Nursing care Always on more, highly energetic and ready to serve..........electric, caring & experts. Housekeeping kept the rooms neat and clean always ready when called. Good service at OVUM. Canteen awesome food. Quality of food is excellent. Patient food was tasty and nutritious. All good! overall a nice birthing experience at OVUM BIRTHING CENTER GREAT TEAM enjoyed stay at like a home stay. RECOMMEND for all pregnant ladies.

I am very much disappointed with the approach she has towards patients. She started off with a negative comment, the moment i stepped in, i don't deny that i am over weight but as an adult i am fully aware of my eating habits, she lacked an open mind set even as a doctor. She simply started commenting about my eating habits, as a doctor she must be aware of other causes rather than just over eating. A doctor should motivate her patients irrespective of their past history. This doctor is a complete let down. She scared us by adding how the baby would suffer and about birth complications.

At a time when some 'top' gynaecologists had recommended laparoscopic surgery, Dr Indrani informed us about US FDA warning against it. She gave us all the options with their pros and cons, and left the decision to us. This speaks volumes about her ethics. We decided for Open-cut surgery, and she did this difficult operation with great precision. She attends to limited number of patients and gives lot of time to them.

The Doctor is very friendly and possess loads of experience. In my opinion, she gives the best advices. My wife still has 5 months to go and she already likes Dr. Indrani.

She is having lot of patience and explain the things very clearly. **** **** ****** ** ****** Strongly recommended.
