The doctor patiently first listens to the concerns of the parents and then goes on to do his analysis of the baby's condition all the while explaining the parents about the situation also a little bit about child psychology. It is really helpful getting the insight from an experienced person like him. He ensures he does not prescribe any medicine until it is really really necessary, that itself gives a sense of relief as a parent.
