I had a mixed experience at this dental clinic. The senior/main doctor seems ************* *** professional, but unfortunately the quality of service from the junior doctors was quite disappointing.The doctor suggested a routine teeth cleaning, which normally takes some time to do properly. However, the junior doctor who attended me finished the cleaning in barely 3–4 minutes. During the procedure, the dental instrument she was using was leaking badly. Her assistant even mentioned that he could fix it, but she did not allow him to do so and continued using the faulty equipment.After the quick cleaning, she applied polishing paste, but the polishing instrument was leaking as well. Instead of properly polishing the teeth, she simply wiped the paste off with cotton and said the procedure was complete.For a procedure that lasted only a few minutes and was not done properly, I was charged ₹3000. In most other clinics or hospitals, teeth cleaning typically costs between ₹500–₹1000 and is done much more thoroughly.While the main doctor may be good, the quality of service from the junior staff and the pricing for such minimal work were very disappointing. I hope the clinic improves the quality control of its procedures and equipment.

Everything about the clinic is good—be it the location, front office staff, the doctor himself, and the team he has built over years. The way they smile and greet, along with the neatness of the clinic, makes patients very comfortable. The doctor's explanation was clear and all my concerns were fully addressed.

**** *** ****** **** *** *** ** **** *** *** ** **** *****. He is not only an expert dentist but also extremely empathetic and caring. The staff is very friendly and prompt in attending to patient needs, and the clinic is clean with the latest equipment. The fees are a bit high though.

Dr. Girish Rao was approachable and very supportive. He carefully observed my condition and provided good treatment, making me feel comfortable throughout.
