I will give this program and the OneCare diabetes clinic a 10 on 10 for having an overall approach to diabetes. I am very happy with the positive changes in my health and lifestyle. I have reduced 4.5 Kg weight and lowered my blood sugar (earlier it was 165 and now it is 120). My HbA1c has come down from 8 to 6.4. My doctor has discontinued the expensive medicines I used to take before enrolling for the program. The regular guidance provided from my diabetes coach helped me to continuously become fitter. Another unique thing is the goals assigned which keeps me motivated.

I was diagnosed with diabetes last year and since then I have tried everything my family and friends suggested. Bitter gourd juice, some sort of tree bark soaked in water, and many more home remedies. But my diabetes was never in control, and the reason for that is my over snacking and then one of my friend suggested me OneCare. Doctor and OneCare team has helped me control my over snacking and helped me reduce my diabetes. Regular checkups and meetings with coach has helped me realize all my flaws, gave me a diet plan and I followed it (yes, you read it right!) and now I have my diabetes in control and I do eat sweets sometime as well.

Everything was very systematic and the staff was also helpful. The entire program helped me control my weight and blood sugar. The doctors and the dietician were always available and it was very easy to reach out to them. My diet, exercise, testing, medicines as well as my stress everything was taken care of, which was very new to me. The regular monitoring and follow ups helped me stay aware and kept me motivated.
