I visited OneCare Diabetes clinic in Bellandur and had an appointment with Dr. Sivarama. I will give this program and the OneCare diabetes clinic a 10 on 10 for having an overall approach to diabetes. I am very happy with the positive changes in my health and lifestyle. I have reduced 4.5 Kg weight and lowered my blood sugar (earlier it was 165 and now it is 120). My HbA1c has come down from 8 to 6.4. My doctor has discontinued the expensive medicines I used to take before enrolling for the program. The regular guidance provided from my diabetes coach helped me to continuously become fitter. Another unique thing is the goals assigned which keeps me motivated.
I was diagnosed with diabetes last year and since then I have tried everything my family and friends suggested. Bitter gourd juice, some sort of tree bark soaked in water, and many more home remedies. But my diabetes was never in control, and the reason for that is my over snacking and then one of my friend suggested me OneCare. Most teribble experience ever. The doctor did was 45 mins late, and once he came, ** *** *** **** ***** ** ****** ******** and gave her allergy medicine for swelling. We insisted to check tonsils as she has history for the same yet the doctor did not check her and asked to visit again after three days.
