We booked Colonoscopy test..They booked appointment without asking for prescription. They did the procedure the next day without anesthesia. It was horribly painful and when we asked why anesthesia was not given, his reply was “If you need anesthesia, you should inform 1 day before to arrange anesthesia specialist and in the prescription it was not written. If I was the doctor, I would have prescribed it”….The fact is he looked at the prescription just few minutes before starting the procedure…
