The doctor was very friendly. He explained my problem very well and answered all my questions politely. I had to get my endoscopy done which went pretty well here. Doctor was able to diagnose the issue and precribed me with proper medication. My problem got cured now. I just have one feedback that before endodscopy if the doctor or someone in the clinic briefly explained how the procedure would be done then that would give some confidence to the patients. Rest all was good and I am totally satisfied with the treatment.

We booked Colonoscopy test..They booked appointment without asking for prescription. They did the procedure the next day without anesthesia. It was horribly painful and when we asked why anesthesia was not given, his reply was “If you need anesthesia, you should inform 1 day before to arrange anesthesia specialist and in the prescription it was not written. If I was the doctor, I would have prescribed it”….The fact is he looked at the prescription just few minutes before starting the procedure…
