First doctor has to calm down the patient and explain the issue and politely explaining the procedure and assuring how it can be cured. 50% issues will be cured when patient are calm downed. So all of these qualities Dr. Ashwin had it. Thank you for addressing it immediately sir.

I visited Aster Whitefield for my total thyroidectomy. The entire process was smooth with Dr. Somashekhar and Dr Ashwin and the whole surgical oncology team. Maria and Maggie were good during communication and the whole staff was cooperative and friendly. Thankful for the Doctors and staff.
