My experience with Dr. Arpi Lodha was generally fine. Although the consultation started half an hour late due to an emergency, the doctor was approachable, pleasant, and listened patiently to all our queries. She communicated very well and addressed our concerns thoroughly. However, I felt that earlier communication about the delay would have helped us plan better. Also, the reception area was disturbed by loud videos, which affected the calm atmosphere.
The doctor was very brief and spent only about 5 minutes during the consultation. She did not properly examine everything or explain the next steps clearly, and I was left unsure about when the next appointment would be. Overall, I felt the consultation was rushed and not satisfactory.
