We were blessed to meet Dr. Arati madam.. On the very first day of meeting her we got positive vibes. After meeting her first day me n my husband just kept talking about her. We felt some kind of personal touch every time we met her. which I think never & ever I got from any doctor.After she went through the reports she made us aware about what would have caused negative result of our IVF which was done by another doctor. She just asked us to do the required tests only and then gave medicines to bring down the high levels of Prolactin n other parameters. She told us that she will be always available in whatsApp for any kind of queries. She is available in whatsapp anytime and answered all our doubts .I must thank her for that as well. She is an amazing personality,she is not only beautiful by looks bt also beautiful by her soul. I felt so sad & was crying the moment when I came to know that she would be leaving abroad.I was crying not for my treatment cause, but just because I will miss to meet & talk to her in person.But she gave us the reference of another doctor n even took the pain of speaking to that doctor personally... We are so blessed to meet Dr. Arati madam and she would always be in our hearts forever. Let me start this by sharing my happiness to you. Writing this holding my 10 days old princess in lap, I can absolutely say that Dr. Arati Rama Rao has brought a miracle to us. Before meeting her, for past 4 years I went through a whole lot of bad experience trying to conceive and a few miscarriages, had spent an ample amount of money with no success and utter depression. Finally by god's grace, I met her and I still remember the first day. I was crying and she told me to leave all my worries to her and God. She gave me hope that I am going to be a mom soon. I can't describe how much stronger I felt that day. Throughout my treatment, she guided me in my life style, diet, exercise, medicines and mental stability. She listens to every minute detail and issue very patiently. With her, I always felt like a kid of hers instead of a patient. Every single time, when I contacted her whether on phone or hospital visit, I got the exact solution to my issues. Under her guidance and care, I finally got conceived and a little angel came in my life few days ago. She inspired immense hope in us and I felt more connected to my baby in every scan I had with Dr. Arati. She really is a mother figure to me. She helped me even to find a home help in this lockdown situation. I know it's a small gesture to convey our regards to her but we included her and our initials to name our baby.

I spent the quality amount of time and amount in Delhi, Chennai, and Bangalore on the same treatment in the last 8 years on Big Hospital including Cloudnine, Whitefield. But, the outcome was zero. finally, I found the name of Dr. Arti Rama Rao ma'am on Google in December 2019 and decided to meet her for the same treatment. She listens to every minute detail and issues very patiently. and it was only under her able guidance and support that I completed 9 months of my successful pregnancy and welcomed my little baby boy. I think she is an alive God who came down on earth to help people like us.

Absolutely no concern or regard about making the patient wait for the NT scan. Took appointment more than a month back only to wait in excess of 3.5 hours. On asking, no communication of how much time we need to and when can we expect it to be done. This much mismanagement in a hospital like Manipal is a real shocker. Absolutely frustrated with the whole process.
