The clinic/hospital, looks clean and hygienic irrespective of the number of patients. All the staffs are warm and welcoming.
Our pet had a bad appetite and was losing weight. We were ignoring it to be an early pregnancy sign. To our dismay doctor found out that she was down because of tick fever based on the blood report. Dr. Ajitesh helped us look beyond my pet's pregnancy with all may or may not side which would result due to the antibiotics. He makes sure that the paw parents are super duper comfortable and above all, clears every questions we ask/consider lame.

I have known Dr. Ajitesh for many years. I trust him and will recommend him. I think that should say it for anyone looking for feedback.
Appointment was at 0915 hours, but when I went there the doctor was not available. Information I got was that the doctor will come at 1000. As my bird was critically ill, I begged and pleaded to have it checked by any available doctors. No one bothered. My sweet bird died after 30 mins.
