After two years of teaching and academics at a medical college, he then went on to complete his DNB-Urology training at Muljibhai Patel Centre in Nephro-Urology, in Nadiad, Gujarat, a Centre of Excellence of international repute, under the guidance and leadership of renowned Urologist Dr. Mahesh Desai.

Hoped for better: Explanation of the health issue
We visited Dr. Ajay for my 80 year old father in law's prostate related issue. Post surgery he showed as PPT slides stating his prostate having cancer of stage 2 and 3, with no regards of his age and mental health and very insisting on making him under go another surgery. ******* ***** ********** ****** *** ********* ******* *** ********* ** ** ***** ** **** ** ***** **** *** ** ***** ** * ****** ** ***** *** ********** *** I don't agreed to his approach of showing slides to 80 year old with high BP condition. He also referred doctor from HCG, who was reading us report.
