My daughter aged 3 years 10 months had swollen adenoids. They had reached her ears and completely blocked her nose. Both her nostrils showed sign of sinuses as well. With every infection she caught the adenoids became even more swollen. She was snoring at night whole time for past 5-6 months. We visited Dr. Diptarka when one of my friend recommended him. On our very first visit we were told everything about the problem and how my daughter 100% needed a surgery for her adenoids. Visited for voice hoarseness following a throat infection, quick scopy showed a lession on vocal cord. Doctor explained the condition well and laid out conservative treatment plan initially. As conservative treatment did not help for over a month we decided to proceed with a surgery. The entire process was very well co-ordinated, the surgery itself was smooth. Doctor and the staff were available to help throughout the process. Post surgery the biopsy reports were discussed promptly assuring they were benign. Also other post op follow ups were smooth and medications were thoroughly given ensuring good recovery in less than a month.
