I was facing this problem from 8 years. It was very difficult for me to breathe and i was also facing a lot of nose blockage during the day and night. I visited Dr. Diptarka Bhattacharyya for a bad cold and he recommended I do a few tests after checking my nose and throat. I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. I tried the CPAP & BiPAP machines but neither helped and decided to go with the surgery after a year. The surgery went so smoothly and the recovery was seamless, pretty much pain free and quick.
