I really appreciated the session, it felt easy to talk. The psychologist asked ***** guiding questions which were very helpful because sometimes you don’t even know how to properly explain what the problem is and you end up going in circles. It helped me slow down, reflect, and actually understand what I was feeling and what could consciously be changed for the better, some things can only be worked on once they’re acknowledged. The doctor was very patient and attentive, and if you go in with patience and an open mind the process genuinely helps. It was a very positive experience for me.
