Dr. Annalakshmi Sekar

I live in Hyderabad. I had consulted Dr Annalakshmi Sekar on video call on behalf on my father who has recently undergone a procedure. We needed to understand the course of treatment forward. The doctor patiently heard the matter, took a few minutes to understand the reports and provided us with a clear, detailed explanation of the possible treatment required. There was no beating around the bush. She was very to the point, articulate and answered all our questions with patience. This was a very good experience.

2) I had paid and booked an appointment for video consultation. The Dr. was not even online for 15 mins -I kept waiting, eventually I had to reach out to customer care and requested for cancellation and refund. Post which the doctor came online - and connected over a phone call - NO VIDEO. Possibly was on the road as I could hear honking sound and traffic noise.

Not a good experience.

Lack of empathy, lack of clarity while explaining issue and treatment details to the patient. Absolutely has no regard for patient’s time.
