I was diagnosed with kidney stones and it had to be removed through a surgery as the stone size was big. After the surgery I was asked to drink a lot of water by the doctors so that I will not have kidney stones formed again. In this venture I was looking fwd to meet a nutritionist and I met Ms Akshata Kamath.. She explained me how eating red meats often gave me uric acid stones.. she gave me better non vegetarian food options and helped me by incorporating a lot of fluids in my diet..
