I started gaining weight all of a sudden.. I was very disappointed when I couldn't fit in any of my clothes.Being frustrated with the same I met Ms. Akshata and she suggested me how eating fish would improve my iodine levels in my body and further suggested me to eat less of vegetables like cabbage an cauliflower. She taught me how to eat portion controlled meals.. And I have been able to lose weight ever since then.
