exremely casual approach. The appointment was booked for 9:15 and at 9:13 i get a message from him that i will have to wait for 20 mins. I send him all the issues in the meantime along with the details of the medicines I was prescribed by the practitioner i consulted a day before. He cam online just told his diagnosis and said he will send a prescription and disconnected!
I wanted to tell him the fever situation (which i forgot to send as texts before he came on call) but wasn't even able to call back.
I then texted that as well to him. The medicines he gave did not work and i had to suffer through the extreme throat pain throughout the night. First of all the Doctor did not turn on his camera. In a video consultation it is mandatory and basic curtesy of the Doctor to show up and there cannot be a blank screen and just the audio. I don't even know if it was the same Doctor whom I was consulting. For the consulting charges of 650/- it certainly is not of value.
