I instantly liked Dr Pragati Rao. She was pleasant, wise, and empathetic. In diagnostics, she exhibited a degree of healthy skepticism that I found refreshing. She refused to decide on gut feelings or hearsay. She wanted proof. Even after I tested positive on my Quantiferrin TB test, she was not completely convinced. She spoke to my dermatologist to make sure vasculitis could be ruled out, to whatever extent possible. A rare demonstration of patience, rigor, and collaborativeness. She is also very warm and considerate, pre-empting patient confusion with additional information. On the whole, it is very refreshing to meet such a doctor in today's world of indiscriminate testing and obscure communication. Highly recommended.

Myself manjunath k, had been to clinic yesterday he his so cool in listening and answering questions. Suggested few blood tests and scanning waiting for the test reports. Suggested few tablets and no pain in my abdomen. I think good doctor for gastroenterology

Doctor is good but they need to manage the timing for patience as patience cannot wait for 2 hours even after appointments

Like a lot of other people have mentioned, the wait time is long. Even though I had booked an appointment and i reached the hospital 20 mins before my appointment time, i still had to wait for 45-60 mins. The doctor spent about 3-4 mins with me. doctor is knowledgeable and his diagnosis was on point, but I got the impression that he is in a hurry and wanted to move to the next patient. When I called for a follow up, it was the same.

Do remove the online portal of appointment there's legit no use to it as the booking is done by the receptionist anyway on spot. We booked for 6:30 and were roughly made to wait for 40 minutes.

The doctor explained everything clearly and spent more time listening to my concerns than other doctors. The clinic experience was good with no issues, and I would rate my overall experience five stars. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lokesh L V to others.
