My experience with the doctor was very good. From the moment I entered the clinic, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The doctor greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to listen carefully to all my concerns. I visited Dr. Shuaib for a muscle injury near my hip. He was extremely empathetic and immediately identified the severity of the injury with an X-ray (available in his clinic) and prescribed medicines and physiotherapy to treat the pain. His treatment was effective and the injury got better exactly in the time he estimated. WhatI deeply appreciate about Dr. Shuaib is how he attentively listens to you, answers your questions and takes necessary steps to identify the problem before prescribing the appropriate treatment which was very effective in my case. Most importantly he came across as empathetic and skilled and reassuring. I also didn’t have to spend much time waiting over the course of my treatment and the clinic staff were friendly and efficient.
