Having been to a psychiatrist before that resulted in a negative experience, with Dr. Yesheswini I felt a lot more comfortable and safer in terms of explaining what I had come to discuss. It was easier to convey all I had going on in my mind as the doctor listened patiently and softly reasoned out what I'd say.

I am glad i came across Ishitha. She has been a loving support and a wise guide for me. I was stuck in hyper vigilant state when i first talked to her a year back. I have come a long way from there.
