I've known Dr.Hijab for about a good 5 years

And I've come a long way from being angry , frustrated and stubborn child to a very calm and social person she kinda helped me get over my dad's death also ,helped me get out whatever I was bottling up my pent up anger a lot of represed rage and sadness ,she's got me out of a dark place more like the darkest period in my life she kinda thought how to cope with certain situations and how to deal with my emotions and how to channel in in a very productive way. It took me a lot of time to find a good therapist but after going through 8 different therapists I found the right therapist which is her Dr the only one who could get me to open up she kinda felt like family to me because she's always been there for me, if I ever had to talk to someone Dr was always my first pick. All in all I would highly recommend people to go to Dr.Hijab because been a Hudge part of my life and I would personally say without her I don't know what I'd do or what kind f a person id be.

When I went to meet Ms.Hijab, I was in an absolute mess. My mental health was clouded by lots of self-doubts and the stress of my day-to-day things was overpowering me. She helped me with CBT and rationalization of my anxiety, and let me tell you this I have come a long way.

To provide more context, I have been trying to see a therapist for some time, and none of them worked out for me. With Ms.Hijab, in our first session itself, I felt light, and with each consequent session, I started feeling better. She has a calm and friendly demeanor which helps you loosen up, and talk more freely about your mental health. More than this, she is very flexible when it comes to any last-minute changes, this allows the patient to feel more secure, such as myself.

I have seen a huge change in my overall persona, and the way I deal with anxiety, I can confidently say that I am a better version of myself compared to the one I was in March of this year.

To anyone reading this, I would advise you to be patient with yourself and give your mental health time. If your therapist is Ms.Hijab, you will be in a better place for sure.

I am extremely satisfied with my psychologist and with the treatment I have received from Dr Hijab Bilgrami at Reach Psychiatry. I was suffering from anxiety and went for initial check-up at first. Hijab spent good time to listen to my concerns, and took the care to calm me down. Then she made me understand my problem and helped me overcome my anxiety. Her treatment therapy had an immediately noticeable improvement on my condition. She is very approachable and I know I can contact her outside my appointment times. I have had a vast improvement in my lifestyle and now able to handle my thoughts well and calmly resolve them.

Your service is really great Hijab. You really heard my concerns and made sure i followed what I had to do also we had a nice chat about the details of the process and how should i follow the steps and improvise, at the same time she really does know her profession, she is very professional and takes care of her patients extremely well, she even checked up on me, and was always there for any support. Kudos to you and your team.

Ms. Hijab has been instrumental in my progress with treating my anxiety and ADD. For years I lived with these disorders without receiving answers. These past two months with Hijab have changed my life in more ways than one. She sat with me through my therapy, CBT and RTMS sessions with patience and understanding. She displays empathy and kindness that is easily seen when you talk to her. It was her optimistic nature that motivated me to get better and continue with my treatment.

Overall, I finally feel like my anxiety and ADD is much more manageable. I physically feel at ease and can do things without finding it taxing on my body and mental state. I’m incredibly grateful for Hijab and her unwavering support throughout my journey.
