Two years ago, I found myself grappling with debilitating back pain, which eventually led to the diagnosis of a slip disc/disc prolapse at the L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels. The pain had become so severe that simple tasks like getting out of bed or standing for more than a few minutes seemed unbearable. My left leg had become numb, with sensations akin to electric currents coursing from my back to my leg. The discs had protruded, causing impingement on the nerve near the spine.

I walk 10,000 steps a day, engage in workouts, and embrace each day with gratitude.
