SVM Hospital, Marathahalli

I have reached kvm hospital with suffering from 15 to 20 motions on Saturday (feb28th). I was diagnosed with acute gastroenteritis and Dr Richard had done excellent treatment. All the hospital staff also took very good care of patient which I did not even expect. I was cured completely today and wanted to thank the doctor specially!! So I am posting this messy

The doctor did not explain things clearly and seemed rushed, not giving enough time during the consultation. I felt the doctor's behavior was not very good, though the staff and cleanliness were excellent. Overall, my experience with the doctor was disappointing and I rated it 2.5 out of 5.

My experience with Dr. Prashanth Kumar was good. He explained everything clearly during my visit. The clinic and staff were fine, though the registration took longer than expected. Overall, I would rate the experience as four out of five and would recommend the doctor.
