I had consulted Dr Shashidhar at Sri Poorna clinic when it had just started ie almost 15 months ago. I had a swelling in my left wrist. He examined and told me that I have a Ganglion in my wrist. He explained that the treatment was surgery only and I should get it done only if the swelling is causing me problems in my work. Since I am a software guy, I needed my wrist to be free. So I opted for surgery.

Without any delay, he asked me to get ready and removed the swelling. He only numbed the part of my wrist where he did the surgery. That’s it!

I was out of the clinic in 1 hr and back home. He asked me for follow up twice for dressing.

Now I am free from swelling.

The clinic has a home like atmosphere.

One word of caution….

Doctor is crazy about music…..he was singing while doing surgery.

I am a 23 yr old multimedia designer. I had consulted Dr Shashidhar at Sri Poorna Clinic for my pain in calf muscles. I got this after I had started cycling. I had appointment at 5:00pm and he saw me at 5:03pm. He apologized for 3 min delay. He listened to my problem and did a quick look at my legs.

He said that the problem was due to indaequate warm up. He forbade me from taking painkillers and applying sprays.

He asked me to do a 10 min warm up and drink lots of fluids. I was asked to come for review after 10 days. I followed his advice and got better in 5 to 6 days. I just called him after a week and he said to continue the same.

So I was out of problem without any drugs.

Doctor was very much experienced in diagnosing the problem *** *** **** ** ***** *** **** ****** ******** ******* ******** *** ********** ****** * The cure took some time but i had very less need for getting admitted due to early and proper analysis. Doctor recommended healthy diet rather than a very strict diet which made my diet duration very much bearable (just fyi..the diet is very problematic during jaundice and hence .. ). After following recommendations properly per the doctor for my medication i was able to regain my weight within 2months.

I am a 40 year old Male , I took up Running a few months ago to keep myself in a good shape and health , Initially I had issues during my Running , I consulted Dr. Shashidhar about this , The best thing about him was that he did not see me as a patient rather he saw me as an athlete , I had multiple sessions with him which I thoroughly enjoyed , he is a encyclopedia about bio mechanics , just not that , his passion for music , philosophy makes the sessions pleasant. One more thing which i have observed during my time with him is his patience level , he has a ability to instantly connect to the person instantly.

My problems related to my pains have drastically reduced and i have improved by running too.. Thanks Doctor , keep the good work going !!!
