I went for a filling which was done and I was told that it costs just Rs.600/. But I was charged Rs.1600/-, informed that extra rs.1000 was towards covid19 related charged. This was not informed earlier.

They have to display a board in the entrance that patients will be charged Extra 1000 rupees.

The doctor was very arrogant. ** ****** ******* ****** ********* ***** ** *** ********** **** ** ******* We were regular customers since the inception of the clinic in Arekere. But, now regret the long time association with this clinic. We have recommended so many friends to this clinic.

Professional and excellent treatment from very competent Dr.Veerendra Kumar. I had painless root canal procedure. The wisdom tooth extraction was done so efficiently, I had no discomfort. Clean and organised clinic. Highly recommended for all your dental treatments.

I didn't get to see the doctor. My appointment was at 7:30 pm, and until 8:15pm I wasn't called in. I was asked to wait, standing on the stairs for 45 mins, because only one patient can be allowed inside at a time. The attendant came every 15 mins or so, saying I'll be let in within 5 mins. Finally, he proceeded to make excuses saying that there was some procedure. That is irrelevant to me. I expect to be seen within 10 mins of the scheduled time. If there will be delays, inform me in advance. Highly unprofessional. If you don't value your patients time, *** *** *** ***** **** ******** Extremely disappointed.

This was my first time with dentist in my whole life till now and I was so nervous about it but dr veerandra guided me with so much patience that made my fear all go away … process was so smooth painless and very quick that I couldn’t believe that I got free in half an hour including a little take away instructions session also after procedure. But at the same I was given proper time … I was not rush but I would say time and process was very well managed and performed by an expert.

Doctor explained the treatment clearly and handled my case with utmost care and sympathy. Explained post extraction care well. Have been visiting this doctor for 15 years and I am happy and satisfied with the treatment
