Shailja's ProDiet, Whitefield

Started my diet plan with Shailja’s ProDiet around 11 weeks back. I had been working out extensively for over a year, however was facing difficulties in losing weight and in last 11 weeks, I had lost over 5kgs. All thanks to Dr. Shailja. Diet includes food items that can be easily prepared at home and are all natural. Best part is, not at single moment I felt I am starving myself.
