Was looking for counseling due to stress and found Dr Chaya profile on Practo platform .

working from home had created a lot of issues and was unable to deal with stress as there has been a sudden change of routine and uncertainty due to covid .

Had few sessions online with Dr Chaya and later with their clinical psychologist Sampritha by which I was able to cope with lot of things . Now I am able to tackle the issues better without getting overwhelmed .

I definitely recommend Serenity Wellness Institute for people going through such phases as one would get an holistic approach towards any issue .

I initially went for anxiety treatment through Ayurveda and was later referred to a psychologist. The session was okay, but I had expected more engagement and a deeper understanding of my concerns. At one point, I felt the psychologist leaned more toward recommending psychiatric medication, which made me uncomfortable given the potential long-term side effects. In fact, avoiding those side effects was the main reason I chose this place, since it focuses on traditional medicine. Overall, the experience was decent, but there’s room for improvement

I booked an appointment with Dr Chaya and was later assigned to Dr Sampritha for further counselling. Both of them are very professional, friendly and were very patient with me. They made sure I feel comfortable sharing my thoughts and Sampritha helped me with counselling for most of the sessions. The sessions were great, I was given advises as per the things they noticed and some exercises after sessions. It helped me a lot to gain my self confidence back and be mentally strong for the situations. I was having anxiety attacks a lot very often which, with help started feeling better. The discussions were very helpful and I would recommend the serenity wellness institute if someone's feeling low or needs counselling. I feel a lot more confident now and am able to handle my thought process. Highly recommended !!

I had consulted Dr Chaya for my eczema which was severe at the time of our initial appointment. She was very hopeful and confident about curing it. During every consultation, she has always been a patient listener. She constantly focused on building a stronger immunity to allow the body to fight the condition by itself rather than prescribing too many medicines. I strictly followed her advice and I noticed my eczema attacks had organically reduced over time. Her medications and advised lifestyle changes were easy to follow yet made a great difference. After a little patience during the process and immense faith in Dr Chaya’s diagnosis & treatment, today I am almost fully recovered from eczema and am extremely grateful to her!

I had 2 sessions with Dr Chaya. First one was one to one with Dr Chaya and second one was with Dr Chaya and Dr Sampritha. I was dealing with a lot stress and loneliness from past few years. The good part is I was able to open up with Dr Chaya which otherwise was a biggest hurdle for me to share my emotions. I needed urgent counselling because I had to make some life changing decisions related to pregnancy. Second session was arranged within 3 days given the urgency. I wasn't given any follow up advice after 2 sessions which did not give me any closure.

I only have one complaint. She was constantly checking her phone from under the table. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe she is checking something important. But it was for way too long. It gave me a feeling that she wasn't interested in listening. But the fact is I was there for mental illness which I could not sort out on my own and needed a professional to hear me out and help. It pushes the person further away who is anyway having problems with talking about emotions.

After started my career in IT ar the age of 23, I was going through anxiety, confusion, stress, competition, corporate politics.

After met Dr Chaya and her team in serenity wellness institute, taken up systematic counselling therapy sessions. Now I am proudly say that my vision and thoughts are clear, ni ambiguity, stress free life.

Taken up CBT and mindfulness therapy with Dr chaya at serenity. Overall around 20+ counselling sessions helped me lot to focus.
