Doctor is patient, understands our problem* *** ** ********* ** *********** I suffered from anxiety disorder during the second wave of Corona. I was unable to sleep, and felt restless . I consulted the doctor in and very helpless situation. Doctor prescribed some medicines., and I was able to sleep without the help of sleeping dosage in about ten days and I managed to recover from anxiety disorder with the doctors help. Now I feel relieved and I am able to concentrate on my work and other activities.

I met with Dr. Vidya Jothi regularly for a year for my treatment. My initial symptoms of depression were severe, including severe food allergies, headaches, nightmares, auditory hallucinations and the inability to sleep because of them. Alongside meeting her I started to work on my nutrition and was able to recover from the food allergies, weight loss and anemia. Dr. Vidya takes her time to know your history-- we spent three hours on that particular appointment-- and prescribes medicines in a gradual way to understand your sensitivity and needs. What I liked most was that she helped me reach the goal of going off of medications; she did not prolong treatment for its sake, but was practical about recovery which gave me a lot of hope. She is friendly and greets you with familiarity which makes the process much more fun!
