I have been in and out of a very difficult relationship and had been facing anxiety and guilt due to this from the last 2 years. Talking to Chaitra has helped me put things in perspective. Chaitra has a very approachable and soothing presence. I really liked the fact that she allowed me to vent fully and heard me with rapt attention. She also had some very pertinent questions to ask that made me think through the situation in different ways. I feel the problem is more manageable now. I have started taking baby steps towards healing myself. I am glad I came for the counselling sessions.
