I had a very bad experience in getting dental treatment from Dr. Anirban Chatterjee. He performed RCT for one molar tooth in Dec-2021 and fixed a crown. Soon after this, the adjacent healthy molar tooth was painful. He said I have to go for RCT for that tooth also. I had no choice but to go for RCT *** **** ******* ****** He performed RCT for in Jan-2022 and fixed a crown for it. While doing so, he left a significant gap between the two teeth and that ended into food lodgement and eventually into an unbearable pain. He kept convincing me that the pain will subside. On the contrary, as days passed the tooth pain increased. On the other my company had booked international flight ticket for three years work assignment. I mentioned him about the tooth pain I had grown due to RCT done by him and the urgency for a solution to it so that my travel is not in danger. ** *** ******* *** ******** ** **** * *********** ****** ***** ** *** *** ******** He said to me nothing can be done and handed over to me a "interdental brush" and asked me to keep frequently cleaning the gap that he left behind between the two teeth. ** **** ******** * **** ********* ****** **** *** *** ******* *** ***** *** ******* ** *** ***** *** ** ** *** **** ************ ***** ** ******* ***** *** ****** **** * ****** ** ***** ** *** ** *** *** ** ****** ************* **** ********** **** ******* At the end he charged me Rs. 24,000/- for two teeth RCT and crowns. Hence I don't recommend people visit him for any kind of assistance. ** ** *** * ************ ****** ** ** ********

My first ever negative feedback for any service online. Never recommended, go at your own peril. The only positive I found during the course of my treatment was the endodontist who came from another hospital to prep the tooth. He was outstanding and a true professional. Now for the negatives. I went there for an RCT. The clinic and equipment are very dirty and unhygienic. The chair and accessories are never cleaned prior to or after treatment completion. All they do is to spray a sanitizer on the seat, without cleaning the spittoon or rest of the dental chair. No Covid protocol followed too. Transparency: There is total lack of transparency, and less than desirable outcome. The charge is on par with the highest. Which is fine, if the treatment is just as good and the charges are clearly explained. The doctor never explains the type of crown that will be implanted, its colour or quality. *** *********** ******* **** *** ****** ** *** ** ****** ** ****** *** ******** Treatment: For the first time ever, I bled after an injection, the pain lingered even after a week. And I am experiencing sensitivity on my treated tooth for which I will have to go another doctor/clinic nearby ****** *** **** **** ***** * **** * ******* *** ***** ***** *********** ** *** ***** ******* ********** ******** **** * **** *************

I am happy with the treatment.. The doctor was very friendly and humble. I went for root canal treatment for my lower back tooth wuth ceramic crown. The whole treatment was painless. The cremaic crown was also delivered within 3 days. The doctor follows all covid protocol.

I am happy with treatment..i recommend Dr.Anirban Chatterjee.. i went for pain in my upper wisdom tooth.. the doctor explained me everything in detail.. Doctor was very humble and well trained.. it was painless treatment.. the doctor was very friendly thoroughout the treatment.. And the doctor follows every terms and protocol of covid in this pandemic situation
