I consulted Dr. Sruti for persistent pain in my forearms and elbow. She took the time to understand my symptoms, explained the underlying cause clearly, and developed a structured rehabilitation plan. The treatment has been very effective, and I have recovered well from the pain.

During the course of treatment, Dr. Sruti also identified a chronic issue with tightness in my neck and trapezius muscles that had been bothering me for a long time. She recommended targeted exercises and stretches, which have been helping to reduce the tightness and improve my overall comfort.

My experience with other physiotherapist didn’t motivate me to go until my friend recommended Dr Shruti. She is extremely competent and explains the issue and the treatment very well. She was able to help me get relief with simple exercises and her manual treatment. She is very experienced and tries different things to make sure your pain reduces. She is very. comfortable to work with and is someone I will highly recommend to all. To top it all her charges are very nominal . My pain has reduced drastically. Thank you Doctor for teaching me small things to change my posture that helps a long way to deal with problem.

I went to Dr Shruti for shoulder pain persisting since many years. Completed 11 physio sessions since then and I am for the first time free of this pain. She took a careful step-by-step approach of first relieving pain through traction, manual therapy, and stretches; then strengthening exercises to not only strengthen my shoulder muscles but also correct my posture which has always been a problem for me.

I would like to say massive Thank you to Dr Shruti for the amazing work she has done with regards to my neck pain. She carefully examined my pain points and helped me immensely with pain reduction and provided me posture correction exercises. When I started my treatment with Dr. Shruthi in mid-August 2022, I was suffering from severe back pain and it was radiating all the way down to my knees. The pain was causing extreme discomfort and restricting me from doing any kind of physical movement.

Dr. Shruthi, patiently heard my problem and asked for atleast 12-15 sessions to improve my condition and today after 2 months and having completed around 18-20 sessions, I can feel visible changes and overall improvement with my back muscle and the pain having reduced by atleast 60-70% since my first session. I consulted Dr. Shruti for lower back pain issue. After making me do some stretches, she found out the issue and advised me with 7 to 10 days of sessions with therapy and exercises. I am almost reaching to end of my sessions now and I myself see a lot of difference in the movements of my back and legs which explains her expertise.

I had a complex meniscus tear, bone edema, effusion, partial acl and partial mcl tear. I did not want to go ahead with surgery and got the recommendation of Dr. Shruti. She has helped me understand the severity of the issue and has started treatment with different modalities. After a few weeks, the exercises and the intensity of the exercises increased to strengthen the muscles around the knee.

Overall, a very great experience and recovery with the help of Dr. Shruti and would highly recommend her.

Dr. Shruti is calm and composed. She is very approachable and patient and I was able to comfortably share all my neck related issues, she promptly answered all my questions and explained the treatment options. I went there with the fear not to damage my neck anymore, which can happen if the Physio doesn’t know what they are doing, but Shruti very well knows what she is doing and she handles you with care. And I have seen a lot improvement in my neck pain and I am confident that if I follow her advise I am going to be better.
