I have been taking physiotherapy sessions with Dona for my ACL injury (conservative treatment), and I am genuinely happy with the progress I have made so far. I have already started noticing improvements in my strength and stability, which has given me a lot more confidence in my recovery. What I appreciate the most is how patient, attentive, and encouraging she is during every session. She explains each exercise clearly, makes sure I am doing everything correctly, and adjusts the treatment based on how I am feeling.
