I’m 22 year old fitness enthusiast who’s done 3-4 years of gym and recently started to box which coincidentally helped me with my full body workout with strength agility mobility stamina . 4 months into the curriculum I realised I was very weak with respect to the above mentioned attributes of training, gymming for several years I couldn’t figure out or I missed the main point of overall strength, mobility, flexibility, etc are all more important than just building muscles even without proper warm up. I later got an injury which was an inflammation in my shoulder from a sparring game inside the ring due to lack of strength. ( I used to shoulder press 40kgs each in one hand ) but that’s not the point how overall strength is developed. We are not properly guided at all . More weights more reps doesn’t matter with strength , proper form of slow and composed movements with breath focus and concentration does. So I was suggested posture clinic by my coach , where I got a treatment to relax my stiff muscles which were extremely stiff and couldn’t flexibly make a simple movement due to lack of stretchings strength mobility training .

I was under treatment for a week followed by a 10 day physiotherapy that fixed my spine better than before , to completely recover 3 months is the timeline for a normal person suffering from irregular postures or any pains, the core reason behind my stiff muscles were my traps shoulder and neck . Again it was due to my lifestyle too, I come from a hardware background where I do all kinds of movements. On top my training method mattered . This was about my story. I had to pause and take rest for a month before resuming training again. The treatment seemed a lot expensive, 1 month of my treatment plus physiotherapy was equivalent to my 3 years of boxing membership fee( in which my issue costed the majority 70-80%) . But the irony is all the money invested was a huge knowledge on strength core overall health which is for lifetime . It’s absolutely worth it if you ask me if you want to be educated about your health and your body.

Before the physiotherapy , the doctor examines the spines of all patients and designs a customised physiotherapy plan based on the issues which focuses on corrections , strengthening, core strengthening and spine balance exercises with a mix of Pilates.

All I want to say is this is a great clinic to cure and also PREVENTION. You can just walk in and check with you spinal health. Don’t have to wait for an injury. Even if you don’t have an injury your spine my not be healthy. I whole heartedly thank Dr. Pooja Rai for treating me and helping me out .

Honestly, I am not posting this review about Posture Clinic lead by Dr Pooja and her amazing Team of passionate, professionally qualified physiotherapists, just to give them additional publicity. My intention is to help those who are looking for real healing touch through proven and time-tested practices of mind-body healing approaches.

On the day before I met Dr Pooja, I was little sceptical about the physiotherapy itself. I had Frozen Shoulder complications and my left hand movement had developed significant restrictions over a period of 6 months. Despite several efforts to regain my normal hand movement over a period of 6-months, I could not see light at the end of tunnel. It was a frustrating experience.

From Aug 2019 to Jan 2020, during the 6-months of uncertainty and increasing pain due to Frozen Shoulder problems, I had consulted couple of reputed Orthopaedic doctors and Physiotherapists. However to my dismay, their services did not make any difference and the frozen shoulder problem kept increasing.

In mid Feb 2020, I decided to do some web research and explore, if I can get some definite relief. That was when I landed on Posture Clinic and got to know about Dr Pooja and her simple Mind-Body healing approaches. Since I had no other choice, I decided to give it a try.

After a month and a half treatment and exercises, I can confidently vouch Yes, It was a good decision. I am happy that I met Dr Pooja and sincerely went through her treatment process. Results are amazing. I am almost cured and few days of simple exercises should make me 100% normal.

I am happy to recommend Dr Pooja and her team of physiotherapists including Dr Harika, Dr Malathi , many others who patiently and constantly guide you through a complete healing process.

I wanted to share my experience with Posture clinic and how Dr. Pooja and her staffs helped me out. I have been having neck and shoulder pain on the right side for almost a month and it was always off and on. I used to woke up with pain on someday's and after warm bath and light massage it goes away. i initially thought it was a problem with my pillow and due to that i got stiff neck. After few weeks i started to have light pain for the whole day but it was still manageable hence i decided to change pillow and got neck-care pillow but it got worsen after couple of days and i could not even sleep. it was very bad night for me and i immediately booked an appointment with Dr.Pooja for the very next morning. She diagnosed and advised me to take 5 treatment session. I started to feel better day by day and at the end of fourth session i almost had no pain, I had completed all my session and started doing exercise based on her suggestion at home now. All the staff are very friendly and i should mention about Arika, I felt she is great and helped to reduce my pain. its a little long story but i felt its worth to share. Thank you.

Visited the clinic to treat my mom’s knee pain. My mom used to have frozen / jammed knee after sitting for long time / after a night sleep. This made her walking very difficult.

We were fortunate to meet Dr Pooja.

Doctor analysed her knee and helped us understand the root cause for the pain and procedure way forward for the treatment. She is highly experienced in treating variety of muscle pains. She suggested us a few days of physiotherapy and a set of specific knee muscle strengthening exercise.

Additionally special attention and guidance is given on the posture correction through footwear recommendation by Orthitist. We could learn about the importance of appropriate footwear for helping recover from the knee pain.

My mom was free from pain within a day or two's treatment. She started feeling much better at the end of few days of therapy. Now she is practising exercises at home based on the advice and is feeling very confident.

The entire treatment procedure and exercise training was dealt with high attention and personal care by all the staff members. I would highly recommend Dr Pooja for any kind of muscle pain, muscle strengthening and can be considered as a very good overall fitness coach.

I had met with an accident in Jan and damaged multiple bones. Including bones in my legs and spine. With multiple surgery I survived. But it was time for me to get back to normal life. I visited Posture clinic with a walker, I could barely walk on my own.

I must say the care taken by Dr. Pooja Rai was highly appreciated. I was pleased the very first day how she explained me the process of recovery without giving any false hope.

I started the treatment in a precise manner , every treatment was explained and done to perfection. Results started appearing within no time.

Today I am able to walk and even run a little. I understood very well that it's not just healing but about healing right.! Highly recommended clinic in entire India

I had been suffering from severe shoulder neck and back pain for 3 years. To the extend I could not sleep at night. I had done physio therapy in another big hospital in Bangalore, homeopathy and Ayurveda. But to no relief. I stubbled upon this clinic during a frantic search on google. I was pleased with the approach Dr Pooja took to get to the cause of the pain. Something which no other doctor in town bothered to do. An assessment was done and it was clear I had multiple issues in my posture leading to this pain. I was then made to train and do rehab exercises followed by mobilisation treatment. What I loved about this is the way the trainer gave me individual attention by teaching me almost 100+ exercises. Mr Ananthan, my trainer was professional and pushed me to complete all exercises. He also provided help on WhatsApp and kept me posted on the exercises to do post treatment. I could feel the relief in the pain in 2 weeks. I would strongly recommend this clinic to all those who have been having nagging pains. But remember u need to put in the effort as well to see results. Well I am sharing this feedback with utmost satisfaction. I have taken my mother (75 years old) for swelling and unbearable pain in both the ankles. We experimented with pain killers and Ayurvedic medicines but nothing seems to be working for her. And we met Dr.Pooja and explained the issue. She suggested 10 days of physiotherapy as well as strengthening exercises and it was extended to another 10 days. Despite the busy corporate life, I could manage to take my mother everyday for physiotherapy. Now after all the treatments completed, I can say with satisfaction that my mother’s condition has improved immensely. Thanks to the doctor’s suggestions and the wonderful treatment by the staff of Posture Clinic starting from Vaishnavi to every other staff. My mother could remember only one of their names, so apologies to others for missing out on addressing your names. Most importantly the time they have taken to do each type of treatment and exercises, considering her age.. each session takes somewhere between 2 hours to 2.5 hours..

Wrist pains are the worse I have faced for 6+months.After I was injured in cult fitness center while doing my regular workouts in group. I was wearing the wrist belt given by a doctor for 2months .Also took medicines. But the pain lasted every time I moved my hand and slowly it kept increasing. A physiotherapist in HSR tried some treatment and increased my pain 10 times. Scared of doctors and therapists I tried home remedies also for few days. Finally one of my friend suggested Posture clinic. Dr . Vaishnavi saw me and did some check. She told me the wrist belt I was wearing was wrong one and to change it immediately. And the problem is now chronic and has to be treated from neck to get pain relief. I agreed for treatment and started sessions. After 10 days when i removed my wrist support I felt very very less pain and little pain was remaining when I put my body weight on wrist. She assured even that pain will go after strengthening.

I'm out of pain now and also know the importance of Right exercises.

People please be careful about some money grabbing clinics in HSR layout.

I highly recommend this clinic in Bangalore. I work in sitting position for long hours and long days as my job demands. My family started noticing my neck is bending forward and hump was developing in my back. I always had upper back pains and shoulder pains. I took lot of medicines and ayurvedic massage for the pain in Kerala. Almost neglecting it for years now I visited Posture clinic after doing lot of research about Dr. Pooja and this clinic. She has a good instinct I must say. She checked me and told it can be Ankylosing spine and I should go for some blood test. I was little skeptical about her because she also asked me for list of tests.

Yet I went for these tests and it shocked me. I had HLAB27 positive which means my spine has a disease to become stiff. It was surprise for me how can I get with no family history. But I am glad to visit Pooja as she then referred me to a Rheumatologist and as a team she also started the required treatment. She forced to even change my sedentary lifestyle. In one month I saw a big difference in my Posture and also pains. Definitely one cannot heal me completely but Dr. Pooja was frank enough to tell this. She told me I can't heal you but I can improve the quality of your life. It helps Pooja.

I am a housewife and only housewifes can understand the amount of pains one goes through after

40 years and during menopause. Suffering with many joint pains in my body, without complaints for

more than 15 years now. My son took me to this clinic and wen I met Dr. Pooja , I cried in front of
