I had ACL reconstruction surgery on 7th December 2018. I was in excruciating pain. After that I started to take physiotherapy from Diwakar Kumar* ***** *** ******** * ****** ********** ******* **** ** ** **** ************* *** he explained the entire recovery process very clearly. Best thing about him he listens to your problems very patiently. If you are having pain while doing the workout he will tweak the exercise and make it easy for you.
