Visited Dr. Sawant for my wifes back pain last month and found the experience to be a very pleasant one. Dr. Sawant explained the cause of the pain in details and laid out the treatment plan, also did not recommend any extra sessions beyond what was necessary.

The exercises were explained in details and instructions were easy to follow and upon following the same significant releif has been experienced. Will certainly recommend a consultation with Dr. Sawant for any lower back related problems.

I visited Sneha for my persistent neck pain few days back. She first evaluated me to figure out the cause for this pain and accordingly suggested me few corrective exercises and started my treatment. Post 5 sessions and stretching exercises i had pain relief and resumed my work comfortably. Her posture correction cues helped me a lot. I would definitely recommend her...

My past experience with physio was just ultra sound and that IFT...but this now I know there is much more to this like corrections strengthening etc to work towards a permanent solution.
