I suffered with Sciatica for more than 3 months. I work in IT and it was so uncomfortable for me to work with this pain. Because i cant walk or stand more than 10 min. Suffered to the extreme.
Met Doctor's clinic and explained my issue.He confirmed the problem with an x-ray. gave medicines for a week. I don't have the pain now.
Am so much happy for doctor's treatment. I will just stop sitting at my work place for continuous hours and will stop Long bike drives. Hopefully with doctor's Medicine I will be away from Sciatica life long.
