The diet provided by Dr.Vijetha was nothing like a secret pill which would give you overnight results but rather it was a systematic change in our lifestyle which not only has given amazing results but it has changed our lifestyle completely. Dr Vijeta is an true professional diet and nutrition guru. I started my weight control journey about 2 weeks back and at the start my weight was 89.2kg with Diabetic and hypertension . After two weeks of recommended diet and nutrition now the weight is 86.8 I.E have slimmed down by 2.4kg .she gave key tips on excercising . Post this 2 weeks meal plan and excercise the fasting and post pranadial have come to normal , 93 fasting and 94 post pranadial. One imp point to note is she did not give any additional supplements . What ever the food habit we have with that she gives guidance on weight control. Still 2 weeks plan to go and am sure much weight control would be achieved. I sincerely thank her for the guidance and support provided. ONE MUST NOTE WITH PROPER FOOD AND NUTRITION WEIGHT CONTROL IS ACHEIVEABLE.

I went to Dr. Vijetha to consult for weight loss and diet management. The first meeting impressed me as she was a little concerned on my goal ( lose 10kg in 4 months) due to my age and weight but I wanted to move ahead. I got the detailed diet chart on a weekly basis and went for consulting every eeek, after strictly adhering to the diet and normal exercise. The plan was not to make me starve or eat/drink tablets or shakes. It was a well portioned normal food without sweets, fried items etc., I have already lost 6 kgs in 2 months, moving well towards my goal. Dr. Vijetha is practical, good listener, always smiling and doesn’t keep you waiting. It is good that at last there is some one who makes you eat well, exercise and also lose weight 😃.
