I have known Nidhi for almost 10 years now. I met her back in 2012 for weight loss and having seen the results I decided that she will be my dietician if and when I conceive as her speciality is pregnancy (pre, during and post). Over the years I have been in touch as a friend. Last year when I learnt I was pregnant, the 2 nd person I called was Nidhi after my husband! I am so glad I reached out to her!

I was pregnant during the peak of the pandemic and it was very stressful time for me as my husband was struck abroad and all my support at home were covid positive. During this time apart from providing me proper and frequent guidance for food, she also stood beside me like a rock morally - calling and checking on me, changing my diet so i can cook it myself, immunity boosting food, etc.! Even if we are in different states i felt very much supported by Nidhi throughout this time. During my pregnancy I only gained 7 kilos. All my vitals were good until delivery.

Post pregnancy care by Nidhi was also fantastic. She provided me a lot of home made supplements for lactation and suggested the right nutrition for myself as well. Because of her, I didn’t have to give any formula feed to my baby and successfully completed 6 months of exclusive breast feeding recently. I did end up not following the diet to the T and ate some junk and too much ghee based products given by elders and ended up putting on weight post pregnancy. Now am working with her to reduce that excess baggage.

I will strongly recommend Nidhi with my eyes closed. She is an expert nutritionist and a fantastic human. To me she is also the friend I needed - to lend her shoulder when am down and to kick my ample behind when I procrastinate ❤️

Have followed Ms.Nidhi's diet to train for a trek, which was about 5400 meters above sea level in the Himalayas. This was a tough challenge given that I had to go from couch to fit. The diet really carried me through! I was able to make a complete shift in my lifestyle, I had enough variety to stay interested. I didn't crave for processed food. I also learnt a lot more about how to alternate between food grains and use simple ingredients at home to balance my mensural cycle. I now consume a high fiber & protein rich diet thanks to Ms.Nidhi. It feels like a lifestyle that I can adapt to instead of tough and restrictive diet. Absolutely happy about the whole experience.

Nidhi is always approachable at any point. She explains about her diet plans in detail and she gives the right diet which is apt for each ones body behavior. She is really good and very friendly with helping nature.
