I booked a consultation expecting personalized dietary guidance and a practical meal structure for muscle/weight gain. I understand that detailed long term coaching programs may include more extensive support *** * **** *** ************ ****** ****** ****** ********** *************** ** ******* *** **** Apart from a calorie range and basic protein target, I did not receive much guidance tailored to my goals.

The nutritionist was polite and professional in communication but overall the consultation did not meet my expectations in terms of value and specificity. I also think it would help future patients if the consultation page more clearly explained what is and is not included in a standard consultation so people can make a more informed decision before booking.

I have a genuine concern with the doctor .I am surprised, has it mentioned anywhere the First consultation is just a joke.You pay 500 to get an appointment and The doctor clearly says , you would have to take my package of 1 month, 3 month 6 month, then only she can share any information .So The 500 i paid , is basically just to see the doctor / a person who is JUST listening to my problems .there is no Prescription, no guidance anywhere .When asked , what was 500 INR charged , Doc says , she has given her the time and she has to pay 400 to Practo to get patients ***** * *** * ****** ** ********* ******* **** ** *** **** * ******* ********* ** * *** ***** **** * ************ *** ********* *** **** *** ***** ********* ** ***** she clearly said you will get help when you pay me for the package *** *** * *** **** **** *** ** ***** ****** ***** **** *** *** ********Ridiculous Experience

I consulted Shikha for high triglycerides and cholesterol. Within 2 months, my triglycerides dropped from 500 to around 150, total cholesterol came below 200, and LDL reduced to 115—all through the diet and exercise plan she recommended.

She listens patiently, creates practical plans, and follows up regularly to keep you on track. Her approach is balanced and sustainable without extreme food restrictions.

If you are dealing with similar issues, I highly recommend consulting her before starting medication or ignoring the problem.

I consulted Dr. Shikha Mishra when I was diagnosed with Uric acid and vitamin D deficiency. She was very polite, attentive and professional. The fee is reasonable. The sessions taken by her were extremely professional. I took her 3 months plan and she curated a diet chart for me and regularly checked on me for the progress. She was very patient with me and always listened to what all I had to say and worked around my issues and problems. Dr. Shikha is a gem of a person and knows how to treat patients nicely! Recommended 10/10!!!!!
