We wanted to write a letter of thanks to you, Jeeva Pet Hospital and its ever-welcoming staff. Coming along with your immense experience *** ********** with great supporting doctors Dr. Karthik, Dr.Vijay, Dr. Roopesh, Dr.Yogi, and other staff like Basavaraj. Day or night you have never hesitated our queries and concerns, giving us valuable advice.

When we had brought my pet Rocky (Male cocker Spaniel) to you more than 1 & ½ years back for the first time, he was 26.6 kgs in weight, having hypothyroidism, skin issues, just prior to coming to you had been incorrectly diagnosed with joint issues ( instead of hip dysplasia) at another clinic in Bangalore. Your advise to immediately put him on a strict diet of the right kind, a lot of exercise and appropriate medications for skin, vitamins etc, having helped him immensely. We had to sacrifice a lot, impose strict regimen within ourselves and him to ensure all your advice is executed(diet and exercise), despite a lot of people resenting us for not letting them spoil him with food and trying to compromise his exercise and regimen. He is now at 15.9 Kgs of weight, healthier, with skin glowing etc and has had an opportunity to mate (one of my father’s wishes before his untimely demise) thanks to the weight loss and other treatments from you (touch-wood) which would not have been possible had you not advised us correctly at the time.

Further in view of the serious incident which he had in the last month and the issues he has with his joints, as remarked by you and your doctors, has become so manageable due to the weight loss and if diet and exercise managed would continue to remain manageable and Rocky will continue to enjoy a healthier life. We also wanted to thank you for prompt action, through tests, X-rays and helping us with managing the serious issues.

We are very grateful for your timely advice and your 24/7 help (sometime even over the phone) for both our kids (Rocky & Gabbu the pug). We have also recommended some of our friends to your hospital and they are also extremely satisfied.

Each time i walked out of this place, i was terrified of visiting again. Such was their treatment towards us. The hospital is fine and they do work 24 hours. The place is clean and hygienic and everything but they do not provide the one thing that we need the most: hope and assurance. our dog suffered from gastrointestinal abscess. **** *** * ******* ***** ****** ** ** ******** ** **** ***** *** ******* ********* this time we received the most depressing news ever which no dog owner should ever hear. it took a toll on our entire family.

we did not feel any kind of optimism or any positive vibe from DR Nagesh Reddy and his team. they literally lost hope in our pup and told us we had to take a decision. ***** ***** **** ** *** ** **** **** thank goodness we did not do it. we did what we had to do. FIND A BETTER PLACE AND A BETTER PERSON.

Doctor was well aware of what was the situation of my pet. Explained to us on what the ailment is and what treatment is going to be given .

I am going to this hospital from last 10yrs . I am happy to see new Jeeva pet hospital at bigger location with advanced facilities under one roof. Relieve to see car parking also.
