I recently sought treatment for a Chalazion at Horus Clinic, Dr. Fairooz, Dr. Shefali, and team delivered exceptional care. They performed the surgery with remarkable precision and ease. Dr. Fairooz took time to thoroughly explain the surgical procedure and provided clear instructions for post-surgery care. I had the same surgery at other reputed clinic, but the results were not satisfactory.

I would like to place on record about my adverse feedback for Dr Fairooz P Manjandavidia at Horus Specialty Eye Care, 2nd Phase J P Nagar, Bangalore. There was inward growth of 2 eye lashes in my left eye and she recommended for burning it through electrolysis. She charged a heavy amount for the quick surgery *** ********** ******* ** **** *** **** She burnt half of the eyelashes and when I went back to her for follow up, I was told nothing could be done and rather I should pay another INR 15000 to get some stiches done to correct the eye lid shape. Doctor explained the issue very well with the scenarios of surgery. This helps us to understand and decide on the surgery. We are yet to undergo surgery in April. Hoping for the best.

Very friendly doctors. I took my mother for watery eyes. The doctors (Jerine?Rupali) were very patient in understanding the problem. Confirmed the same with a series of test. Dr. Fairooz spent quality time with the patient post the tests, explained the cause, the remedy and the medicines. Yet to comment on *** ************* ** *** treatment.

The clinic is very clean, new equipments, excellent ambience and courteous staff. I am super impressed by Dr. Fairooz's academic and professional credentials as well. I felt that this is how the clinic should be run. I would whole heartedly recommend this clinic to others.

I visited the clinic for the first time. for my 15 year son. The problem was very frequent eye itching. The clinic is very well maintained and clean. First the ophthalmologist inspected everything in detail and then the doctor investigated in detail. The doctor (I forget the name) explained the issue in detail and was very friendly. The treatment has started and will post more details on the effectiveness.

Both Dr Fairooz and the optometrist - Anna, I think are thorough professionals with a keen eye for details. They both put me at utmost ease, answered my questions thoroughly. The clinic/hospital seems very well equipped and they follow a process based approach which we rarely see in private clinics in India.

I was suffering from eye itchiness. Went to the clinic, initial check-up, symptoms and history regarding the issue was collected by a nurse and was later diagnosed by Dr herself. The consultation was satisfactory. However I was not given any medical record or any reports for the details and issue being found during diagnosis. I would have appreciated if they can share the reports with patients so that it helps in future. I asked receptionist about the same and he said that they would be updated in Practo however I only received invoice.

I had been to clinic with the complaint of eye pain which was looked upon and thoroughly checked by Dr. Fairooz and team and was confirmed that everything looked good and there was nothing to worry about. Dr. Fairooz was patient enough to hear what had actually caused the pain and suggest the remedy.

She listens to the problems, diagnose, explain better and treat the issue which give relief to the patient.
