I thought weight loss is a myth, till I met Dr. Nafisa. I had tried many diet plans and many suggestions for almost 4 years but none of them worked. Then i thought of giving a try with professional Dietitian and found First eat right rated well in many online reviews. I met the doctor and opted for 3 month support plan for 17k, which they have mentioned in their website too.

I started the diet and results were unbelievable. First 2 weeks I lost 4 kg and subsequently 1 KG every week consistently. I did have few non-diet weeks due to travel and gained weight in those weeks and compensated in the following weeks. My program ended on 9th Jan. I lost total 12 KGs in 3 months and I hardly felt that I was on a diet. Doc gives the food chart according to our food culture, so almost everything you love is included in the diet plan, which makes it easier to follow except when we are in front of some extremely tempting food items. 😂

During this whole program, I not only lost weight but also gained back my charm and looked 5 yrs younger (as per feedback from my friends 😋). Walking and proper food, really helped me gain back my confidence and fit in my old dresses.

Results were miraculous. Even the Dietitian supporting us in WhatsApp was very helpful and patient. Understood my cravings and situations and also she was well versed with different types of food we consume in our routine. That helped me clarify my doubts even faster. E.g in North Karnataka, we eat a chutney powder called Agasi chutney which is not familiar to other parts in india. But my Dietitian was aware of that and that gave me confidence about her study. 😃

I live overseas and had a video call initially with the doctor. During my first consultation, she was very patient in listening to my list of issues - overweight, my unhealthy diet intake and daily fatigue.

I was very skeptical about losing weight. I had tried multiple ways in last 4-5 years such as exercise, google diet and going to Dietian one time. I was having continuous back pain that was another reason to go for it . When I took first consultation that time too I was not 100 % sure that it will work. I thought let’s give a try for 4 month plan . After first consultation lot of data was collected about my eating habit as well as full body test was done to check my body vitals However when diet plan was arrived to my surprise, I was advised eat more than I use to eat and dedicated Dietian was available 6 days 9 hour a week over watsup. When some food item is not suiting me and I use to get replacement food and queries were resolved within 30 mins . There was very minimal restrictions on food along with 45 - 75 mins walking . To be truthful I was able to follow 80 % in 2 month in first 2 month and after coz diwali and festive season it came down to 60 % . Even with this I was able to loose 12 kg in 4 month course. As well as back pain is also improved.

Hello, I started my program in the months on November, 2019 and after consulting Dr. Nafeesa she suggested that 9 months of weight loss program will help me lose weight and also I had hormonal imbalance due to which I had put on alot of weight. I have been dealing with pancreatic inflammation for over a year, and it was one of the most challenging phases of my life. I had taken a six month package from 2nd Nov 2022 to 2 May 2023

Pros: I lost 20 kgs weight and learnt about healthy lifestyle. However, I feel my effort paid off, from the doctors end it was only a diet chart and telling me to do some exercise.

Cons:

a) I have gastric problem and I consulted a Gastro expert doctor and he says it on the diet. He is asking me to eat more as I have been given a standard diet and not something which suits my metabolism rate. I am now trying to sort this. I am still having headache. Whenever I say this to the doctor, the only advise provided is don't exercise or eat like before the diet. **** ** *** ***** ** ***** **** ** *** *** *** ******** ** * ******* *****

Infact I lost more than my target weight within 3 months as my metabolism is good and I follow the diet to the T. However, in such a scenario also no change in the diet.

b) This is not a package but a diet plan only.

I was given a first diet and then 3 times the diet was revised. The revised diet is nothing but the first diet slightly modified like instead of dosa, eat a sandwich etc. Not useful changes.

In the whole program the doctor spoke to me only 1 hour before I joined the program and then two calls of 10 minutes each. There is no major interaction with the doctor. The assistant who was assigned, initially was very responsive. However, later she was always stating I will check with doctor and get back. Then I had to follow up for the response atleast 1-2 times.

In the end the maintenance instructions also I had asked for a call with the doctor, but a standard pdf was provided. My specific queries were not answered.

My conclusion is to pay and get a diet and not take a 6 months package. Max to max a 1-2 months package can be looked into incase you have specific questions.

I consulted Dr Nafeeza when I was planning to get pregnant after 3 miscarriages. I was slightly overweight and my Hb1ac was 5.6 at that time. My main goal was to bring my BMI to healthy levels and prepare my body for pregnancy. Doctor listened carefully to my concerns and explained to me the plan to bring down my weight to optimal levels. The team reached out to me and got the list of items I regularly eat at home and shared the diet plan adjusting them based on my calorie requirements and removing the unhealthy items I was eating. So it was so easy to follow. I expected myself to feel hungry, giddy etc during the course of the plan but I felt like I was eating more than I usually do and still I lost 0.5 kg almost every week. The team did regular follow ups keeping me motivated through out the period. Before the 3 month plan ended itself I got pregnant. I had lost 5.5 kg by then and my Hb1ac came down to 4.8. Doctor advised me to stop the weight loss plan once I got pregnant and guided me on how to eat during the pregancy. During the pregnancy, my ob-gyn was worried I may get gestational diabetes since I am 35+ and both my parents were diabetic. But never did my hb1ac go above 4.8 even when I was eating much more and my ob-gyn was very impressed when I mentioned about the diet that helped me bring down my glucose levels. I delivered a healthy baby in Oct and I do believe that the diet did play a huge role in my success with pregnancy and I can never thank enough Dr Nafeeza and team for that.
